Updates Since Last...

• Budget Meeting: went well, 7300$ was negotiated for club startup, however this amount is not limited to school allocations (sponsors), awaiting further news later this week.
• Media and recruitment efforts have have continued...
• Club has been listed on OTU site

Original media lead has stepped down due to schedule constraints (looking for members)

• Member Waiver

All members will be reinterviewed and member recruitment will become formalized by end of month

Lead postions will be given based on merit & domain knowledge/familiarity

• Scope Year #1 Scope will be adjusted, and is to be determined by the end of October.

• Since matters related to scope are still up in the air, payload members will be focused on research & developing in regards to drone payload

This could possibly include having the payload team develop simple proof of concepts (Sending data to a CC or FC, servo control, etc)
